Intrinsix (“the app”, “we”) is a buyer-side calculator that helps you decide how much to bid on jewellery auction lots. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and your rights. We keep data collection to the minimum the service needs. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, we do not track you across apps, and we do not sell your data.

This is listing content, not your personal data, though it may incidentally contain seller information shown publicly on that page. |
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity. Requests to precious-metal and currency price providers carry no account data.

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the calculator and managing your subscription), for our legitimate interests (security and preventing abuse of the free tier), and, where required, with your consent. Intrinsix acts as the data controller for your account data.
Account data is kept while your account exists and is deleted when you delete your account. Imported lot content is processed transiently to return the extracted specs and is not retained as a long-term profile about you.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app (Pro → Account → Delete account). EU/EEA and UK users may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below.
Data may be processed on servers located in the European Union and the United States. Access to your account is protected by row-level security so you can only see your own data.
Intrinsix is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected in the app.
